Keppel Land and Wing Tai Land JV put the top bid for a prime residential site at in the matured housing estate Serangoon Garden neighbourhood at S$446.3 million ($327 million) that The Garden Residences will land on.
Make it own address in northeastern Singapore, The site was put up for sale by Singapore’s Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on May 30. The Garden Residences is a five-minute drive from the Serangoon MRT station, about a half-hour journey from the downtown core.
